Do you accept custom work?

Yes! I started my business taking only commissions. Now that my business has grown so much, I'm only able to take a couple commissions per year. If you're interested in custom work, please email me at support@stayathomeartistshop.com. Please note that custom work takes about 1-2 months to finish and my schedule is currently full for 2022. When my commissions are open again, I will send out an email/post on my social pages.

Do you embroider clothing items?

I have on occasion stitched and sold various clothing items such as shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. Because of the tedious nature of these projects and how hard it is to find high quality items to stitch on for a decent price, I no longer accept orders for embroidering clothing items.

What is your return policy?

As a policy, I do not accept any form of returns or exchanges on any of my items.

Each piece of commissioned work takes me 10+ hours, and is customized to my customers. I do a great job of communicating with my customers during the process of their custom orders, so we both know exactly what to expect of each other. However, I am a single human person running this business, and mishaps will inevitably happen.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Unfortunately once the package has left my home on the USPS truck, the parcel is out of my hands. Unless you purchase a digital file, you will always receive a tracking number associated with your order for reference. I cannot accept responsibility for porch pirates or stolen parcels. If your order is LOST in the mail, please contact me and I will try my best to help. If your order is DAMAGED in the mail, please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
